Greeting patients upon arrival
Telephone communications with patients, staff, ancillaries, and other facilities
Scheduling
Pre-certifications/authorizations
Electronic operations for organizing patient flow
As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations and maintain annual required workplace trainings.
Other duties as needed or assigned.

Previous experience in medical office/medical terminology very helpful
