      What You Must Have
      • High school graduate, college preferred
      • At least one year general office experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice
      • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
      • Current State Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
      • Excellent phone skills, computer skills, interpersonal and organizational skills

      What You Will Do
      • Provide clerical support which may include preparation of admission, orientation and new hire packets; monitoring and ordering office supplies and forms, typing, special projects, filing and copying.
      • Facilitate the communications system which may include: mail distribution, pagers, phone system, memo's, answers incoming calls, documents and disseminates appropriate messages.
      • Promote effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintain confidentiality.
      • Competently handle multi-line phone system and demonstrate understanding of system features.
      • Other duties as assigned
