Job summary
Slaithwaite Health Centre are looking to appointment a friendly receptionist to join the current team. You must have an enthusiasm for working in primary care and have a genuine interest in working with patients and contributing to the delivery of high quality health care. We require somebody for 26 hours over 3 days - Monday, Tuesday and Friday

Job responsibilities
You are required to work as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the surgery to deliver the best possible service to patients.
To provide an efficient service to the GPs, senior management team and other health professionals as required.
To receive incoming and initiate outgoing telephone calls in order to facilitiate timely and appropriate communications with others and dealing with appropriate queries to a high standard.
Scanning a range of documents (including medical reports, hospital letters and referral forms and coding appropriately) into the patient record
Working as part of the reception team, answering the phone, making appointments, repeat prescriptions
