40Summary:
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and establishing a friendly and positive intake and check-out encounter for each patient’s visit. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changes in staffing levels and patient volumes. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for maintaining patient flow, answering phones promptly and courteously, scheduling, registering, billing, and payment collection activities for clinic patients while following all applicable policies and procedures. They will successfully learn and understand diversified insurance plans and medical terminology.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm or 8:30 am - 5 pm
