Job summary
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly, hardworking team The position is 16 hours per week, worked over 2 days between the hours of 08:00-6:30pm, on a set rota. Successful applicants are expected to be flexible to provide cover for annual leave.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for somebody who has a polite telephone manner, good IT skills and experience in a busy customer care environment. The ideal candidates will have reception and/or administrational experience as well as excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Previous experience of working in a GP Practice with EMIS is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

We are a friendly, organised, well established 4 Partner Practice, with 3 Salaried GPs, 4 Practice Nurses and 2 Health Care Assistants. We are located in a modern purpose-built premises, serving the Wallasey area. We are always striving to improve the care that we offer and build a strong highly skilled team to deliver this care.
We are also part of the North Coast Alliance Primary Care Network which has an excellent track record for collaboration, care and support.
