      Part Time| 48 hours every two weeks | Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays | 8a.m.-4:30p.m.

      Join our Health Information Management Team as a Medical Record Assistant in the Monticello Hospital! Work 48 hours every two weeks, schedule is 8am-4:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

      Position Details

      • Part Time opportunity available.
      • This position is 48 hours per two week pay period.
      • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts 8a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (8 hour shifts)
      • No weekends or holidays.

      Medical Records Assistant Job Responsibilities:

      • To collect, maintain, and make available to authorized users timely, accurate, and complete patient health information.
      • In accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations, prioritizes, locates, pulls, assembles, electronically tracks, preps, scans documents and sees to the appropriate transport of records requested in accordance with established standards.
      • To safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.

      Preferred Qualification

      • 2 years Hospital clerical experience preferred.


      Additional Qualifications

      • Basic computer knowledge.
      • Working knowledge of basic office equipment.
      • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
      • Strong written and verbal skills.
      • Strong interpersonal human relations skills.
