What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize provider outreach for the collection and upload of medical records into the internal database
- Assist with project management and coordination of medical record collection efforts
- Conduct outreach via phone call, fax, mail, electronic medical record systems, and direct onsite pick up
- Participate in meetings with vendors regarding the medical record collection process
- Collect and load data from provider offices into the HEDIS application

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of medical record collection experience
- 1 year of experience in managed care
- Basic knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA standards
- Experience in project planning
- Certification as a Medical Record Technician
