Job Description
- Req#: MEDIC015245
- Review case management system to identify outstanding reports and diagnostic results.
- Communicate with medical offices and diagnostic facilities to obtain reports.
- Review exam reports sent over from medical providers to ensure all tests ordered have been completed
- Upload diagnostic results received to the case management system Coordinate with medical providers as needed for clarification of reports
- Prioritize all requests from the client to expedite delivery of a case.
- Proactively notify Quality Assurance (QA’s) regarding the availability of uploaded and signed reports for high priority cases.
- High School diploma, or equivalent (GED) or 2 years of experience in lieu
- 1 to 3 years of medical records experience.
- Experience with medical coding and documentation
- Understanding of basic medical terminology.
- Wednesday - Saturday: 7:00am – 5:30pm CST (30 min lunch)

What part would you play in this role?
As a Medical Records Expeditor Sr., you will be responsible for completing routine medical records office work such as scanning, organizing, and filing medical documents. Communicates with government agencies, regional offices, and QTC personnel to obtain and/or send medical records data.

Pay Range: $ 17.41 - $18.00 per hour : $2.00 Differential for working AWW schedule (Wednesday - Saturday)
