Job Description
- Req#: 32217
- Prepare admissions and re-admission chart records both hard copy and electronic.
- Complete audits and validation reports communicating all findings to DON.
- Maintain the records of all discharged residents in proper order.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school with the equivalent of a graduating diploma. College and/or Medical Billing/Coding schooling required or must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Experience: Prior training desirable but not necessary. Will receive job training and in-service. Experience in Long Term Care field preferred.
- Certificate/ License: RHIT credential is desirable but not required.
