What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scan/upload documents and results into EHR system
- Answer patient and staff calls and emails
- Obtain necessary documents from outside sources using various EHR systems
- Creation of patient charts and data entry of test results
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and practice regulation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years of medical experience is preferred
- Preferred working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and medical terminology
- Compassionate patient care and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
