What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and verify case information in automated tracking systems
- Prepare summaries and reports to meet client reporting standards
- Maintain physical and digital case files; process incoming mail and faxes
- Respond to external status inquiries from clients, enrollees, and partners
- Audit data for accuracy and flag inconsistencies to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of data entry or case management support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and data entry tools
- Ability to type ?40 WPM and maintain information confidentiality
- Must be fingerprinted and cleared by client before project start

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using virtual machines and secure networks
- Familiarity with VPN and multi-factor authentication apps
- Prior use of task tracking tools for email or case follow-ups
