      As part of our NovoFlex hybrid policy, this role requires in-office presence in Portsmouth, NH at least three times per week.

      Novocure is pioneering cancer treatment through Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) and is seeking a Medical Review Specialist to join our Post-Market Safety team based in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you’ll assess adverse event reports, ensure accurate medical coding, and support global regulatory compliance for our medical devices.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Review medical case narratives and adverse event complaints
      • Ensure accurate MedDRA coding and data completeness
      • Evaluate case reportability under global regulations
      • Identify safety signals and support aggregate reporting
      • Provide guidance on coding and compliance

      What You Bring:
      • PharmD, RN, or healthcare-related degree
      • 2+ years in pharmacovigilance, product safety, or related field
      • Familiarity with US medical records, MedDRA, and complaint systems
      • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
      • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
