What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closures and competitive conversions
- Effectively communicate clinical and product knowledge to stakeholders
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts
- Execute effective sales processes and coordinate opportunities internally and externally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare Industry
- Experience in Business to Business sales is helpful
- Self-motivated with strong integrity and competitive spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in wound care or surgical markets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel overnight and work flexible hours as needed
