What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account management and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems
- Execute effective territory and account planning, including administrative duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in business-to-business sales is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in wound care or surgical markets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a competitive spirit
- Willingness to travel overnight and work weekends as needed
- Strong relationship management skills with advanced practice clinicians
