- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within your designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
- Provide education and support to healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of our products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Regular visits (Face to Face, Phone, Virtual) to targeted Health Care Professionals, participate in NN internal and external congress and symposiums, organized WS. Participate and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national, participate in and contribute effectively to cross functional collaboration (field functions).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role is preferable.
- Proficiency in relationship-building and sales abilities.
- Education in Medicine/Pharmacy/Dentistry is mandatory.
- English language knowledge.
- Driving licence.

The Position
You will be responsible to design, develop and implement the business plan for your geographical area to ensure company objectives are achieved. You will measure, track, analyse and present key metrics: prescription depth and breadth planning, reporting and effort analysis.

About the Department
Novo Nordisk started in BiH in 1998, the affiliate is part of the Business Area South East Europe (BASEE) in the Region South East Europe, Middle East & Africa (SEEMEA). We are a dedicated team of 20 people based in Sarajevo.
