What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and build professional relationships with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and other thought leaders
- Engage in customer discussions regarding emerging data, clinical trials, and disease state education
- Identify key stakeholders and opportunities for partnership within the assigned territory
- Provide clinical trial support and collaborate cross-functionally with internal colleagues
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned therapeutic area and Novartis compounds

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must demonstrate deep therapeutic expertise
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Completion of mandatory training programs and adherence to compliance standards
- Strong communication and strategic planning skills
- Ability to maintain up-to-date information in CRM system

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
