What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Access customer systems to extract referral information and input it into designated forms
- Create cases for workers' compensation case managers
- Update customer systems with assigned case manager information
- Make outbound calls to obtain pertinent information
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document verification

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in workers' compensation, medical services, insurance, or related field required
- Strong data entry skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medical terminology
- Background in claims processing or medical billing
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices
