What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls to process orders for medical services and equipment
- Manage fax line and dedicated email inbox for incoming requests
- Perform order triage and prioritization
- Make outbound calls as necessary to ensure efficient service
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document verification
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years’ experience in a call center environment required
- 1-3 years’ experience performing data entry and typing required
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in a medical/healthcare, worker’s compensation, or insurance field preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
