      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Gastroenterology therapeutic area to enhance product utilization
      - Build strong relationships with Gastroenterologists, nurses, and other healthcare personnel in the assigned geography
      - Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to address customer needs and market dynamics
      - Participate in industry-related congresses and medical conferences to support sales initiatives
      - Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies while promoting products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred
      - At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2 years in the Gastroenterology market or a similar specialty
      - Proven track record of successful sales performance in complex markets
      - Experience in training and in-servicing office staff and healthcare professionals
      - Ability to travel and manage large geographic territories

      - Experience with product launches and navigating institutional settings
      - Demonstrated passion for science and a proactive approach to learning about disease states and treatment options
      - Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners
