      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve and demonstrate strong sales performance related to product goals in compliance with all policies and regulations
      - Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Pulmonary therapeutic area to drive product utilization
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with Pulmonologists, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
      - Collaborate with regional colleagues and home office personnel to address customer needs and market dynamics
      - Participate in industry-related congresses, meetings, and medical conferences to support sales success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2 years in the Pulmonary market or a similar biologic specialty market
      - Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets
      - Advanced clinically based selling skills and results-oriented mindset
      - Ability to travel and manage large geographic territories

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with in-servicing and training healthcare office staff and managers
      - Demonstrated passion for science and proactive learning about disease states and treatment options
      - Strong understanding of healthcare trends and market dynamics
