      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate medical staff committees, compile agenda material, and document minutes
      - Provide administrative support for hearing committees and assist with GME and/or CME functions
      - Liaise between medical staff and administration, handling sensitive and confidential issues
      - Maintain an accurate database of physician and allied health information for credentialing processes
      - Collect and compile data for physician and allied health quality profiles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong knowledge of medical office administration with 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, paralegal, managed care, or credentialing
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and professional physician interface
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Astute judgment in human relations skills to interface with medical staff, administrators, legal counsel, and hospital personnel
      - Ability to work with common office software and equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of college education
      - National Certification as a Medical Staff Services Professional
      - Knowledge of medical staff computer software programs
