      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage credentialing and quality system software planning and implementation across the employer
      - Provide statistical analysis and data trending for quality performance and risk management
      - Collaborate and educate staff on software functionality and data validity
      - Act as a resource for the Medical Staff regarding data analysis and quality performance dashboards
      - Develop and monitor performance profiles for organizational planning and peer review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Terminology
      - At least 1 year of experience as a Statistical Analyst
      - A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare field
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Ability to perform sedentary work, including lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare data analysis and quality performance monitoring
      - Familiarity with credentialing processes and quality software systems
