      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with hospitals in the assigned territory to sell a variety of medical products, including exam gloves, durable medical equipment, and surgical supplies
      - Deliver compelling sales presentations to multiple decision-makers to drive product and program sales
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to nurture client partnerships
      - Prepare bids and price quotes while occasionally cold calling to explore new market opportunities
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of similar sales experience
      - Proven track record of sales growth and achieving quotas
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Ability to drive, travel extensively, and engage with healthcare providers on-site
