Our client, the leading multi-specialty healthcare organization in Westchester and Duchess counties is looking for Medical Support Assistants to join their team!
Job Description
Position Overview: The role of a Clinical Medical Assistant is to provide care and education to patients, following established standards and practices. The assistant updates patient charts in EMR systems, documents changes, and coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. Additionally, the assistant is responsible for restocking rooms. Specialties available include OBGYN, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, and Dermatology.

Work Environment
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Dress Code: Scrubs. The work environment spans various locations and departments, including Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Phlebotomy. Employees have the opportunity for career growth within over 40 different locations and specialties. The position offers no holiday or vacation but includes sick time. Once permanent, employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement and good benefits.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
