- Proven experience in a busy workplace handling high volumes of paperwork, data and incoming/outgoing correspondence while prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines and working under pressure.

About the role
The Medical Training and Administration Unit (MTAU) Medical Support Officer position is responsible for supporting the MTAU manager and the Rostering and Payroll officers to deliver a comprehensive customer focused service to medical officers, providing administration support to the MTAU Manager. This includes Rostering and Payroll functions and taking a proactive role in actioning, tracking and auditing the compliance of the unrostered overtime claims for medical staff and ensuring the MTA Unit meets the requirements and maintains appropriate records.
