What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Determine donor eligibility through informed consent and medical history interviews
- Manage donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies
- Refer unacceptable findings to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed
- Support vaccination programs for employees and manage employee incidents
- Act as a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized, assisting with investigations related to pandemic threats

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent, including completion of a recognized educational nursing program
- Current licensure as LPN or LVN in the state of assignment
- Valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy
- Minimum of two years experience in a clinical or hospital setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of FDA approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
- Familiarity with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment
