      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with hospital clientele, answering incoming calls and providing requested information
      - Research and resolve problems related to testing and minor interface issues
      - Collaborate closely with other departments within the laboratory
      - Manage and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Ensure excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
      - Prior experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) strongly preferred
      - Knowledge of medical terminology used in a clinical setting
      - Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Laboratory Information Systems
      - Prior healthcare experience in a physician's office or hospital setting
      - Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
