• Perform testing in the Core Lab and Basic Micro and report results according to SOP
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Perform quality control and maintain documentation according to SOP
• Maintain and manage inventory
• Maintain competencies and participate in continuing education
• Assist with training new Medical Laboratory Scientists
• Provides accurate and efficient information regarding the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients to the patient care team

• BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology
• ASCP or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification/eligibility
• Experience in Hematology/Chemistry/Basic Micro
