Job Description

- Act as the main editorial contact for assigned projects, liaising with clients, authors/KOLs, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage medical/scientific content in English and French, including manuscripts, presentations, and communication materials.
- Ensure all content meets client expectations, internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project timelines and budgets; record time accurately for each project.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of medical events (conferences, advisory boards, training programs).
- Stay informed of developments in relevant therapeutic areas and contribute ideas for new projects and content solutions.
- Support business development through editorial input on proposals and planning.
- Degree in a scientific or medical field (postgraduate level preferred)
- Experience in medical writing and editorial project management
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written), at a scientific communication level
- Excellent writing, editing, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Collaborative and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical communications industry
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in medical publishing
- ISMPP/CMPP membership or training

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Writer / Scientific Editorial Project Manager to join our team in Paris on an 18-month temporary contract. This hybrid role combines editorial project management with content creation in both French and English, contributing to a variety of medical communications programs, publications, and events.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about science communication and interested in working closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to deliver high-quality, scientifically accurate, and engaging content.
