      Position Summary: Assist with the implementation of the Medicare Compliance Plan and the Marketing Material Review Process. This is a REMOTE position with eHealth!!

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • With supervision from the Manager Medicare Compliance Marketing, review assigned marketing materials to confirm compliance with all applicable regulations and provide professional feedback to material owners;
      • Investigate regulatory inquiries as assigned and provide accurate information to all business stakeholders to provide an increased awareness of applicable regulations as it pertains to the inquiry;
      • Assist with maintaining the Medicare Compliance SharePoint website, documenting all reviews and inquiry responses within the SharePoint website and saving copies of all relevant documents and communications;
      • Assist in the generation of weekly, monthly and quarterly Marketing reports;
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) regulations;
      • Opportunity to cross-train and support other functional areas within the eHealth Compliance team as needed.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

      • BS/BA Degree required or equivalent experience;
      • 3+ years’ experience in Medicare Part C and D Compliance and/or Operations;
      • Experience executing Medicare Marketing reviews and/or audits.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
      • Analytical with the ability to analyze data to identify trends and communicate them through effective reporting methods;
      • Good Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills;
      • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and resourceful.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Working experience with SharePoint;
      • Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.

      The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
