Job Description

Play a key role in the annual CMS Bid development in partnership with the Product Managers, ensuring the products are competitive, compliant, accurate, and positioned to achieve market and Devoted goals
Develop analysis and presentation materials for key product development sessions with market leadership and key stakeholders
Document key decisions throughout the Bid process
Contribute to the cross-functional assessment to understand the financial, strategic, and operational implications of new product features under assessment
Stay abreast of upcoming demonstrations, program changes, and proposed legislation that will impact product and benefit offerings
Develop product training and benefit rollout materials for brokers, telesales, and member guides in partnership with market teams
Act as a key member of the regulatory document development team to ensure accurate Evidence of Coverage (EOC), Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), Summary of Benefits (SOB), etc.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the business during implementation to ensure the benefits are implemented as intended
Analyze qualitative and quantitative analyses of competitor, consumer, provider, regulatory, and financial information to support the assessment of new product opportunities
Dive deep into qualitative and quantitative information from a variety of sources to produce consumer and market insights to drive decision making
Monitor competitive and consumer landscape across existing and expansion markets using public and proprietary sources of quantitative and qualitative data to identify and understand emerging trends and business opportunities, e.g., membership trend data, regulatory and financial filings, consumer research
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years' experience in the healthcare industry
Insurance experience required, with some exposure to Medicare Advantage products preferred
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills required
Consumer-centric mindset required

Job Description
Devoted Health is rapidly expanding and is looking for a Medicare Product Analyst to support driving forward the product development, market implementation and performance management of Medicare Advantage products across the country.
The Analyst will work closely with Product team colleagues to support the development and execution of Medicare Advantage product strategy and corresponding benefits for assigned Devoted Health markets. The Analyst will be instrumental in the building of plan benefit packages (PBPs), working with the Product Manager and market leadership to balance market competitiveness and financial viability of the portfolio.
The Analyst will support analysis of market dynamics and creation of data-driven recommendations for market leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making. The Analyst will run analyses that advance the understanding of marketplace trends (consumer, competitor, provider) and contribute to new product assessments and other growth initiatives. In addition, the Analyst will work on product and benefit design during the annual CMS Bid cycle and act as a key member of the regulatory document development team to ensure accurate Evidence of Coverage (EOC), Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), Summary of Benefits (SOB), etc.
No week or year will be the same in this role, and this is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, data-driven and consumer oriented with an interest in pursuing a product management career. This is a highly visible role with advancement opportunities and strong interpersonal skills are a necessity. The Analyst will be part of a small team working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management and prioritization skills. This position requires the candidate to have insurance experience, preferably with exposure to insurance products and/or Medicare Advantage.
Responsibilities will include:
Product Development: Collaborate with other team members and market teams to develop and support product portfolios, benefits, and programs that drive membership growth, improve member satisfaction, enhance revenue & profitability, etc. for individual, D-SNP, and C-SNP Medicare Advantage plans
Go-to-Market Implementation: Work cross functionally to execute on the portfolio strategy with customer-facing Devoted Health groups
Market Analysis : Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and research on existing and potential markets, as well as support the creation of market assessment deliverables

Salary range: $80,000-$90,000Our Total Rewards package includes:
