  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage inbound calls from individuals inquiring about Medicare
  - Identify clients’ needs and match solutions to those needs
  - Provide quotes using sales systems and carrier quoting tools
  - Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive relationship with prospective members
  - Participate in training sessions and adhere to scheduled work hours
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  - 1-2 years of related experience in sales
  - Active Accident/Health Insurance License in the state of residency
  - Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
  - Proficiency with sales systems and effective verbal and written communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in insurance sales or related fields
  - Familiarity with multiple insurance carriers such as UHC, CIGNA, and others
  - Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  - Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
