      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and edit medical abstractions and MSA future medical allocations to ensure compliance with quality standards
      - Analyze and apply CMS guidelines and state regulations for Medicare Secondary Payer compliance
      - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and legal counsel to prepare MSA packages for CMS submission
      - Respond to client inquiries and provide expert guidance on MSA processes and requirements
      - Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation, liability claims, medical case management, or Medicare compliance
      - Strong knowledge of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and CMS MSA guidelines
      - Proficiency in medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant (CMSP, MSCC, or equivalent)
      - Experience with CMS submission processes and conditional payment resolutions
      - Background in nursing, medical coding, or legal support
