      Now Hiring: Medication Scribe (Casual) – Join Our Emergency Department Team!

      Location: Fairview Northland Hospital, Princeton, MN
      Schedule: Casual, day/eve/night shifts, as needed weekends- flexible scheduling!

      Make a Difference Every Shift

      As a Medication Scribe, you'll be a vital member of our Emergency Department team, gathering and documenting accurate medication and allergy histories in real time. Your work ensures our physicians have the right information at the right moment — helping to keep patients safe and care teams informed.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Interview patients and families to collect comprehensive medication and allergy information.

      • Verify medication histories with pharmacies and healthcare providers.

      • Enter data into the electronic health record (EHR) with precision and clarity.

      • Support care teams by clarifying discrepancies in medication regimens.

      • Help improve care coordination and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

      What You’ll Need to Succeed:

      Required:

      • At least 2 years of healthcare experience or equivalent educational training.

      Preferred:

      • Previous experience as an LPN, CMA, CNA, TMA, or in a pharmacy setting.

      • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
      • Experience conducting medication histories or similar patient-focused communication.

      • If you’re newer to the field, we’ll support you in completing a PTCB-recognized training program within 6 months of hire.
