Job Description

- Responsible for monitoring, support, and maintenance of Endpoint Management solutions (ex. MS SCCM, Intune, Jamf) and related IT infrastructures and technologies for our customers;
- Ensure focus on coordination, collaboration, and communication to achieve better synergies within Stefanini delivery teams and with customer IT teams;
- Ensure continuous and efficient operation of systems in scope through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving incidents along with handling of routine maintenance activities;
- Collaborate with other Stefanini technical resources (SMEs, Engineering, etc.) when needed in the completion of deliverables;
- Maintain a good understanding of upcoming changes (i.e. MS 'Evergreen' concept) to in-scope solutions to facilitate organizational and user change management;
- Understand and leverage new technologies, as required to support the customer engagements.
- Experience in supporting large environments;
- Experience in Windows Client OS deployment, and troubleshooting;
- Experience in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager operations:
- Application deployments and troubleshooting;
- Application packaging and deployments. Reporting and compliance monitoring;
- Any other Endpoint Management solution experience is a plus.
- Scripting experience using languages and environments such as CMD, PowerShell, .NET, VB, etc.;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls, and protocols;
- Technical troubleshooting and debugging experience;
- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes i.e., Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, etc.;
- Experience working in ITSM platforms i.e., Service NOW, Microfocus, Remedy, etc.;
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Strong communication and listening skills;
- Availability for 24/7 shift rotation schedule (8 hours shift) and on-call during weekends.
- Knowledge of Azure Intune and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure;
- ITIL Foundations certification.

Our new colleagues will be joining a 24x7 MEM Administration Team. This role operates under 24x7 rotating shifts schedule with 8 hours shifts.
