What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to members through multiple communication channels
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve member complaints
- Support new and existing members with enrollments and virtual banking services
- Maintain relationships with members through virtual channels
- Act as a subject matter expert in credit union products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a financial services call center
- Knowledge of credit union platforms, systems, and applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and video conferencing software
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in credit union or financial institution banking
- Familiarity with CRM and Glia software
