What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and build rapport with clients and members
- Conduct research to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure best outcomes
- Run reports and analyze data to track utilization
- Lead client onboarding calls to introduce service capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a service or call center capacity
- Working knowledge of employee benefits and insurance industry
- Ability to read and interpret insurance contracts
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current life and health license
- Bilingual written and oral language skills (Spanish)
- Customer service experience in an insurance setting
- Bachelor’s degree
