      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct member outreach and manage engagement programs to enhance member retention
      - Investigate and resolve access and cultural sensitivity issues for members
      - Monitor grievances and assist enrollees in the grievance process at both HMO and State levels
      - Provide training and educational materials to relevant staff and providers
      - Collaborate with the Care Management department to address member issues and identify trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience working with the Medicaid population, preferably in an HMO or MCO setting
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and report creation
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in member engagement or similar roles
      - Experience working with disabled, underserved, and/or disadvantaged populations
