      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work 1:1 with members to address questions on eligibility, benefits, and payment
      - Educate members about benefits, payment options, and financial assistance
      - Complete ongoing eligibility checks and solve complex insurance issues
      - Communicate with members over video and insurance companies on the phone
      - Review and process prior authorization and other forms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - At least two years of direct member-facing experience in patient access
      - Experience speaking with SUD/Behavioral Health patients to interpret coverage and benefits
      - Skill in operating electronic medical records
      - Deeply invested in patient success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-growth environment
      - Skill in operating video-conferencing and other technology
      - Experience working with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans with behavioral health/SUD coverage
      - Experience creating and explaining payment plans to SUD/Behavioral Health members
      - Experience in telehealth communication
