  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Engage with members for past due payments (Outbound Sales)
  - Renew memberships that are about to expire
  - Conduct clear and confident conversations with members
  - Follow up with customers as promised and assess their needs
  - Deepen and maintain member relationships through effective communication
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  - Prior experience in an Outbound Sales/Customer Engagement role is a plus
  - Excellent organizational and time management skills
  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
  - Must pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
