- Serves as manager in charge of the MSR line and performs duties which include opening and closing branch responsibilities and end of day balancing procedures.
- Supervises MSR I and MSR II positions and activities. Responsible for monitoring daily operations of all MSR I and MSR II positions and job functions, including scheduling, training and developing MSRs to perform at the expected standards.
Utilizes cross-selling tactics and relationship building strategies to offer credit union products and services to new and existing members. - Utilizes sales management skills to foster a coaching environment within the branch.
- Remains current on all procedural changes. Understands all facets of the products and services that we offer.
- Serves as primary custodian of credit union assets and performs periodic internal control procedures.
Communicates with members to provide account and service information. Assists members in resolving account differences. - Ensures member service standards are consistently met within the branch and fosters an environment that demonstrates the FAIRWINDS Way.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Serves as a leader and directly supervises MSRs. Coordinates work of assigned functional areas and assists with duties as needed. Responsible for operational training, coaching, and development of MSR I and MSR II positions. Effectively oversees branch audit duties to ensure operational excellence. Provides primary member contact in receiving and processing member transactions in an effective and accurate manner. Monitors service quality levels and fosters an environment that delivers the FAIRWINDS Way Standards. Communicates information about credit union products and services and makes referrals as appropriate. Provides members with information concerning credit union policy and procedures.
