      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional service by responding to member inquiries and resolving basic problems in a contact center environment
      - Educate members on products and services to enhance their financial wellbeing and cross-sell Credit Union services
      - Participate in team meetings and activities to achieve specific goals and share best practices
      - Handle inquiries and requests from members through various communication channels, including phone and online platforms
      - Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - 1 to 12 months of related experience or similar experience in customer service
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Knowledge of banking regulations and policies, particularly the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and US Patriot Act
