...and more! - Prioritize member demands while providing impeccable member service by greeting members warmly, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.
- Guide members to specialized team members for further assistance or services as needed.
- Complete all assigned educational courses and tests, within required timeframes and passing scores to include product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities and recommend products and services to members, to align with their financial needs and aspirations.
- Conduct cash handling and transaction processing accurately, adhering to established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Verify member identification and authorization for transactions to safeguard against fraud and unauthorized access.
- Provide departmental back-up coverage as needed.
- Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- Perform other duties needed to help fulfil our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization’s values.
- High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

- An associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience.

Title of Position: Member Service Representative
Position Type: Part-Time Plus (30 hours/week). Expected hours are Monday 9:00AM - 3:30PM, Tuesday 9:00AM - 3:30PM, Thursday 10:00AM - 5:30PM, Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM, and Saturday 8:45AM - 12:15PM. With some flexibility for weekday shifts.
Compensation Range: $18.00/hr. - $ 22.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
Location: Position is on-site at our Norwich Branch which is located at 5411 State Highway 12.
