      The American Swim Academy® is hiring in the East Bay!
      We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team in Walnut Creek. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.

      Responsibilities and Duties
      Duties include, but are not limited to:

      • Answering phones and making follow-up calls

      • Enrolling swimmers

      • Accurately entering data and completing member interactions using proficient computer and typing skills

      The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


      Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
