What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and respond to customer inquiries to ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide accurate information on HealthEquity products and services
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying their needs and guiding them to appropriate resources
- Offer information and services beyond initial customer inquiries
- Assist and educate Health Plan Partners through complex spending account issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 18 years of age or older
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong PC navigation and data entry skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service in a healthcare-related field
