      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
      - Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to the appropriate team member
      - Adhere to and reinforce departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
      - Participate in a structured training program lasting 6 to 8 weeks
      - Perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule including planned breaks
      - Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Experience working from home (remote)
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
      - Ability to multitask effectively
