Delivering unparalleled service characterized by warmth, empathy, and ease, both over the phone and via email
Represent PURE, through helpful and meaningful over-the-phone interactions with our membership, including supporting billing inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and acting as a guide for our online portal

About the role:
Our Member Services team seizes every opportunity to create an exceptional service experience with PURE’s members by using empathy and displaying a passion for customer service. The work is heavily phone-based, high-volume and high impact. From helping our members with billing inquiries, to navigating complex policy changes, our Member Services Associates are inspired to meet the challenges of our service standards.
This role begins with a $45K starting salary and is overtime eligible. For the first two years in the role, you will be eligible and evaluated for a base salary increase every six months based off your individual performance and department goal-setting. In addition to base salary, you will also be eligible for a monthly spot bonus valued at $500 (pre-tax) as a "Service Associate of the Month" (SAM).
The Member Services Associate is expected to work a hybrid schedule and be in-office at least three times a week.
