      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex strategic projects related to member services and operational excellence
      - Oversee coordination of activities and deliverables across various business functions
      - Communicate project statuses, identify issues and risks, and track project effectiveness
      - Provide operational support for 3rd party integrations and respond to customer inquiries
      - Employ best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
      - 3+ years of project management experience in product development or contact center operations
      - Proficiency in project management tools and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work autonomously and build effective relationships across all levels of leadership

      - Knowledge of contact center operations and wellness program administration
      - Familiarity with agile methodology in product development
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
