Serve as an experienced Intune engineer assisting with the ongoing design and implementation of the Intune solution for the DAF.
Work with other Intune Engineers as a lead providing mentoring and training for others on the team.
Design, Operate, and maintain Microsoft Intune for Corporate Owned mobile devices and BYOAD devices.
Perform vulnerability remediation, patching and software/firmware upgrades in accordance with DoD requirements
Lead diagnosing and troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues
Provide SME input into technical documentation such as the System Design Document (SDD), Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and other ATO documentation
Leverage PowerShell and Azure Automation to automate routine activities, such as configuration management, and system maintenance
Perform root cause analysis for production deployment errors and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with internal teams and DAF stakeholders to drive the development of new cloud engineering approaches and opportunities
An active DoD secret clearance / Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
5+ years’ experience with MS Intune solution
Bachelor’s degree (will consider experience in lieu of degree)
Demonstrated skill with Apple Business Manager integration with Microsoft Intune, App Protection Policies, Public-Key Infrastructure including Purebred/Derived Credentials
Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of software updates and applications for Mobile devices
Experience managing a large endpoint infrastructure
Experience managing iOS and Android Supervised Devices and familiar with resolving common reported failures of device configuration policies (Windows Workstations a plus).
Experience working in a DoD environment
Familiarity with STIG compliance requirements
Acts independently to expose and resolve problems
Experience with MDE for iOS/Android
Experience with connecting PowerBI to Intune and building reports
Strong understanding of MSFT Graph API and Powershell
Experience with ServiceNow
Log analysis skills, from both endpoints and Entra/Intune
Experience with platform services between Service Now and Intune/Entra
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Azure

CACI is looking for a skilled Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) Engineer, specializing in Intune to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. You will join a team of engineers responsible for engineering and implementing an enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Solution. Be a key player of our UEM solution which is tasked with managing all Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and Bring Your Own Approved Device (BYOAD) endpoints.
On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
