      Memory Care Director Responsibilities:

      • Implementing engaging programing specifically catered to the needs of residents living with dementia
      • Supervising caregiving team working in the Memory Care community
      • Works closely with Director of Wellness to ensure resident safety and quality of care and reports any concerns
      • Participates in leader on duty rotation
      • Reports resident safety concerns to Executive Director and Wellness Director

      Join us today if you meet the following requirements:

      • Highschool diploma or GED
      • 2 – 3 years as a Memory Care Director at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community
      • Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and other related forms of dementia
      • Experience in addressing and responding to the unmet needs of individuals living with dementia
      • Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
      • Knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management
      • Effective communication skills
      • Strong financial judgement
      • Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email.
      • Desire to work with older adults and their families
